Yoga Mats and McRibs

Hi there.  First off thanks to everybody for the continued support of our Adopt A Child program.  We'll have close 700 hundred kids adopted in just 2 weeks.  Amazing!
Leading off, Upset Specials!  2 for 3 last week with the Pitt Panthers and the Seahawks winning and the lone loss comes at the hand of UCLA.  You get 2 this week.  College is heading to the Big 12 where I'm liking the K-State Wildcats on the road over the Texas Longhorns.  Pro upset special seeing the Titans on the road in Atlanta beating the Falcons.
My favorite player in the NFL maybe Bills receiver David Nelson.  Not only is his girlfriend an NFL cheerleader, she's the ultimate rah rah.  A Dallas Cowboys cheerleader.   Plus he caught a td pass in last weekends' ass whooping.  How cool is that and then you give the ball to her.  You dah man David Nelson.
Now for the absurd. My favorite animal rights group (NOT!) hasn't been in the news lately so they've decided to be upset with a video game!  Since everyone's favorite plumber Mario uses the suit of some mythical Japanese raccoon/dog like thing, it's like he's wearing fur or killing the mythical Japanese raccoon to wear his skin.  I'm getting a migrane just writing this.  Also they have this campaign about eating turkey for Thanksgiving using the family dog to make their point.  Just poke my eye out with a ice pick please!  Enough already!  Vegans are evil and there's a reason why we are omnivores!
Speaking of shutting up.  Steve Williams, its time to get over Tiger Woods.  Stop complaining and whining about your firing. Don't use racially charged comments that expose your bitterness. Find the highest cliff in Christchurch New Zealand and jump.
Another just shut up.  Sarah Palin giving her opinion on the Penn State scandal.  Stick to letting Tina Fey imitate you.
Do we really need to have "Titanic" coming to theaters in 3-D?  We already know the boat sinks in the end and Kate Winslet is hot.
Kozy Shack chocolate or rice pudding.  Yummy.
Just when I was getting the craving for a McRib sandwich you find out about azodicarbonamide.  It's a flour beaching agent that also happens to be used in making foam plastic gym mats and soles in shoes. I look down while working out and that craving goes away real fast. I'll wait til the Cheddar Melt comes back for a limited time.
Busy weekend ahead.  Going to Lake George to watch my friends do the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics on Saturday and Sunday I'll be driving the Hits 95 Nine vehicle in the South Glens Falls holiday parade.  Wave to me...Leccese out.
